RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Not the perfect fit? No worries. At RIXI Apparel we’re happy to accept any garment that is unworn, undamaged and unwashed in any form and still fitted with all original tags and labels. This only applies to items which are sent back to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
RIXI Apparel does not offer refunds, if an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount. An email will be sent to your preferred email address which will include your store credit code.
RIXI Apparel does not cover shipping costs for items sent back to us, we suggest using the following courier services when returning garments

- Dawn Wing
- Fastway Couriers
- RAM Couriers
- Post Net Courier Services
Once you have dispatched the garment(s), please remember to send us the relevant tracking number provided to you by the courier services provider.
RIXI Apparel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
All return items should be sent back to the following physical address;
we will also include the address in your package.

Some of our items are not eligible for store refunds, These items will clearly state as such on our website and in the packaging. (e.g. bodysuits)
You may exchange your item for any size or item (depending on availability). Kindly note that a flat rate delivery fee of R100.00 will be due by you when we send you your new garment.
If your new (exchanged) garment is less expensive than the original, we will make sure that the difference is refunded back through store credit.
No exchanges or returns may be made on sale items.
We will unfortunately not be able to accept any returns beyond 7 days of your receipt. Any items which are sent to us after 7 days will be returned to you.
